to offer wellness-centered rehabilitation services & health education. Holy Family Manor is leading the way in achieving
positive outcomes in sub-acute rehabilitation. Our sub-acute care/short-term rehabilitation unit is staffed by board certified
geriatricians from St. Luke’s Senior Care Associates and Lehigh Valley Physicians Group Geriatric Medicine.
