INCLUDES: Green fees, cart, food and refreshments on the course, buffet after golf, grab-n-go breakfast, gift for every golfer, awards reception.

1,000 seniors annually who live at Holy Family Manor, Holy Family Grace Mansion Personal Care, and Holy Family Independent Living.
