Open Positions

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full time 2nd shift and Part- time all shifts in Short Term Rehab. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience.  Responsible for resident care, treatment, and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time all shifts.  Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience.  Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.

RN House Supervisor – Full-time 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). Candidates must be licensed RN and eligible to practice PA. Minimum one-year experience in supervisory role in a hospital or long-term care setting. This position requires the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action within scope of practice of their license and the ability to tactfully and professionally interact with staff, residents, physicians, family members, visitors, and agencies, ensuring high level of customer service and quality care.

Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)

Full time (9:00am-5:00pm), every other weekend and holiday. This position coordinates all administrative duties on the nursing unit regarding resident care and provides assistance to the Unit Supervisors with the daily clerical tasks, communications and organization in accordance with Federal/State regulations and established policies and procedures. H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years’ experience as a unit secretary. Computer and organizational skills are required.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Part-time (3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am), every other weekend and every other holiday within Grace Mansion PCH. High school diploma or GED required, PCA experience with older adults preferred. Ideal direct care experience for nursing students. The PCA provides routine assistance with the activities of daily living in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and established policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained.

Life Enrichment Assistant – (1) Full-time position (1:00pm- 9:00pm) and 1 part-time positions (7:30am-3:30pm) is currently available in our Life Enrichment Department.  These positions require every other weekend and every other holiday. Experience with senior citizens/older adults a plus.  Must have passion to work with seniors and engage them in a variety of activities, including daily mass, dining assistance, therapy animals, and a host of daily/weekly activities!   

Skilled Maintenance Technician – Full-time (7:00am to 3:00pm) position for an experienced Skilled Maintenance Technician in Bethlehem.  One weekend a month, every 4th holiday and on-call rotation required. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance throughout our facility and campus, including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and refrigeration. 3+ years facility experience required.  LTC experience, Graduate or Certification from Trade/Technical school preferred.

Receptionist – Per Diem Hours to assist with call outs/vacation days and ensure seamless customer service. This front desk position is to direct telephone calls, assist visitors, residents, and staff; and perform other clerical duties in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with established policies and procedures. HS diploma or GED required.
