Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-time 3rd shift on LTC and Full and Part- time 2nd shift in Short Term Rehab. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care, treatment, and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time all shifts. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Part-time all shifts. Valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required with at least one year of experience. Responsibilities include compassionate care while building long term relationships and assisting patients and residents with vital elements of their health and wellbeing.
RN House Supervisor – Full-time 3rd shift (11:00pm to 7:00am). Candidates must be licensed RN and eligible to practice PA. Minimum one-year experience in supervisory role in a hospital or long-term care setting. This position requires the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action within scope of practice of their license and the ability to interact with staff tactfully and professionally, as well as residents, physicians, family members, visitors, and agencies, ensuring high level of customer service and quality care.
Assistant Unit Supervisor – Full time 1st shift (7:00am to 3:00pm), every other weekend and every other holiday, on the Short-Term Rehab Unit. The position provides leadership, accountability, and responsibility to supervise all nursing care activities on the unit and provide assistance as needed to the Unit Supervisor. Licensed RN in Pennsylvania, strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills, and 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Part-time (3:00pm – 11:00pm, every other weekend and every other holiday) within Grace Mansion PCH. High school diploma or GED required, PCA experience with older adults preferred. Ideal direct care experience for nursing students. The PCA provides routine assistance with the activities of daily living in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and established policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained.
Life Enrichment Assistant – (1) Full-time position (1:00pm- 9:00pm) and 1 part-time position (7:30-3:30) is currently available in our Life Enrichment Department. These positions require every other weekend and every other holiday. Experience with senior citizens/older adults a plus. Must have passion to work with seniors and engage them in a variety of activities, including daily mass, dining assistance, therapy animals, and a host of daily/weekly activities!
Skilled Maintenance Technician – Full-time (7:00am to 3:00pm) position for an experienced Skilled Maintenance Technician in Bethlehem. One weekend a month, every 4th holiday and on-call rotation required. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance throughout our facility and campus, including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and refrigeration. 3+ years facility experience required. LTC experience, Graduate or Certification from Trade/Technical school preferred.
Receptionist – Per Diem Hours to assist with call outs/vacation days and ensure seamless customer service. This front desk position is to direct telephone calls, assist visitors, residents, and staff; and perform other clerical duties in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with established policies and procedures. HS diploma or GED required.
Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst – Full time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week). Position provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization and works in collaboration with the CFO to provide a fiscal strategy for HFSL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expertise in spreadsheet application and general ledger software. Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or related field and 5 years’ experience, preferably with healthcare billing, specifically Medical Assistance.
