PERSONAL CARE AIDE/MED TECH (PCA/MT)
Part-Time (7-3, 3-11)
Responsibilities include providing routine assistance to Independent residents with activities of daily living in accordance with DHS requirements and established policies and procedures. Must be able to provide the highest degree of resident care. High school diploma or GED required. Every other weekend and holiday required.  

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Full-time (7-3) and Part-time (7-3, 3-11 and 11-7)
PA licensed RN with 1+ years of experience. Responsibilities include record vital signs, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident/patient status; and electronic medical record documentation in accordance with care plan, policy, and procedures. Every other weekend and holiday required.  

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Full-time (3-11) and Part-time (7-3, 3-11 and 11-7)
PA licensed LPN. Responsible for administering medication, treatments, and quality care to residents/patients as outlined in care plan. Documents electronic medical records as per policies and procedures. Every other weekend and holiday required.     

CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (CNA)
Full-time (7-3) and Part-time (7-3, 3-11, and 11-7)
PA Nurse Aide Registration required. Responsibilities include compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living while building caring and positive relationships with patients and residents. Every other weekend/holiday.  

Maintenance Technician (HUD)
Full-Time (37.50 hours per week)
The primary function of this position is to perform skilled maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, equipment and systems to ensure efficient and high-quality operations.  The Lead Maintenance Technician acts as a team lead to assist the Director in ensuring that all maintenance work is done safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and consistent with the Life Safety Code of the National Fire Protection Association and all state and federal regulations.  This position requires skilled diagnostic/troubleshooting and repair knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting.  

LIFE ENRICHMENT ASSISTANT (LEA)
Per Diem (15 Hours a Month)
Assist with resident activities to encourage socialization, relaxation, fulfillment, and entertainment to improve quality of life. Activities include daily mass, dining assistance and planned daily, weekly, and seasonal activities! Experience preferred, but not required if you have a positive attitude!
