Open Positions

Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time and part-time RN/LPN positions, all shifts available.  Must be licensed and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-time and part-time Nurse Aide positions, all shifts available.  Valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth off Pennsylvania required.

RN House Supervisor – Full-time and Part-time positions available on all shifts. Candidates must be licensed RN and eligible to practice in PA. Minimum one-year experience in supervisory role in a hospital or long-term care setting. This position requires the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action within scope of practice of their license and the ability to tactfully and professionally interact with staff, residents, physicians, family members, visitors, and agencies, ensuring high level of customer service and quality care.

Life Enrichment Assistant – PT positions available, EOW/EOH availability necessary. Must have passion to work with seniors, engaging them in a variety of activities collaborating with staff on programming, assisting in creative ways of engagement to enrich the lives of our residents including therapy animals and Science for Seniors. Must have a high school diploma/GED, great for OTA/PTA or PNC program participants. Daytime hours available, experience with older adults a plus.

Director of Health Information Management – Full-time (37.5 hours/week). Bachelor’s Degree in health information management or related field; RHIT or RHIA preferred; 5+ years’ experience in HIM in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting, 3+ years of successful supervisory experience, and diagnoses coding using ICD are required. This position is responsible for the overall management of medical records, coding, and health information processes. The Director of HIM functions as the Privacy Officer and supervises the Reception Desk and Bus Driver/Transportation staff.

Health Information Management Associate – Part time (17.5 hours/week) M-F Assist in the maintaining compliance with federal, state and local requirements of the medical records, assure the records are protected from loss, defacing or destruction and kept confidential, file the records promptly and accurately. Must have previous HIMS required, post-secondary education or certification preferred.

Personal Care Aide/Medication Assistant – Per Diem positions available for at Grace Mansion PCH. High school diploma or GED required, PCA experience with older adults preferred. Ideal direct care experience for nursing students. The PCA provides routine assistance with the activities of daily living in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and established policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained.

Central Supply Assistant – Part-time (18 hours/week) available, day shift, MTTF. Assist in providing supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, assist department personnel in identifying and correcting problem areas, participate in the quality improvement process and create and maintain an atmosphere of good customer service. Must be 18 years of age, a minimum of two years purchasing in skilled nursing facility or hospital preferred.

Skilled Maintenance Technician – Full time position (37.5 hours/week) M-F. Perform all repairs as well as preventative maintenance to all equipment including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and refrigeration. HS diploma/GED required, certification from trade/technical school preferred, 3+ years facility maintenance required, and LTC facility experience preferred. EPA approved certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Maintenance/SecurityPart time position, (15 hours/week) 11pm-7am, every other weekend required.  Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees by anticipating potential problems and react to disturbances and prohibited conduct. Minimize opportunities for loss or damage and respond to emergency situations as needed. HS diploma/GED required, prior facility maintenance and/or security experience preferred.
