Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-time and part time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-time and part time Nurse Aide positions, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required with at least one year of experience. Responsibilities include compassionate care while building long term relationships and assisting patients and residents with vital elements of their health and wellbeing.
Director of Nursing – The DON is an exempt position responsible for the overall quality clinical outcomes of the facility. Requires working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary teams and providing direct supervision to the Nursing Department team. Requires excellent organizational/communication skills, clinical knowledge, and leadership skills. Main responsibilities include: Assuring compliance with DOH, CMS, collaborating with NHA and remaining accountable for the operational and financial performance of the department, driving quality initiatives and ensuring QAPI/Infection Control programs are followed, leading efforts for staffing, and retention of Nursing, Communicating timely/accurately with employees and customers, meeting with staff/management regularly to ensure initiatives and goals are being met
Life Enrichment Assistant (2) Part-time 7:30am – 3:30pm and 9am – 5pm. Positions require every other weekend and holiday. Experience with older adults a plus. These positions are great for OTA/PTA or PNC program participants. Candidates must have passion to work with seniors and engage them in a variety of activities, including therapy animals and Science for Seniors.
Personal Care Aide/Medication Assistant – Per Diem positions available for at Grace Mansion PCH. High school diploma or GED required, PCA experience with older adults preferred. Ideal direct care experience for nursing students. The PCA provides routine assistance with the activities of daily living in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and established policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained.
Maintenance/Security – Part time position, (15 hours/week) 11pm-7am, every other weekend required. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees by anticipating potential problems and react to disturbances and prohibited conduct. Minimize opportunities for loss or damage and respond to emergency situations as needed. HS diploma/GED required, prior facility maintenance and/or security experience preferred.
