Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time and part-time 3rd shift on LTC and full-time 2nd shift in Short Term Rehab. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-time Part-Time 3rd shift. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Full-time days and Part-time all shifts available. Valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required with at least one year of experience. Responsibilities include compassionate care while building long term relationships and assisting patients and residents with vital elements of their health and wellbeing.
LPN Resident Care Coordinator – Full-time position (37.5 hours/week) Monday to Friday in Grace Mansion Personal Care Home. Flexibility in covering shifts, including weekends and holidays. The LPN RCC utilizes specialized knowledge of nursing and established practices and organizational policies to perform duties to coordinate the care services for residents including providing assessments, care planning, referrals, and re-evaluations of residents.
Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Part-time 2nd and 3rd shifts available within Grace Mansion PCH. High school diploma or GED required, PCA experience with older adults preferred. Ideal direct care experience for nursing students. The PCA provides routine assistance with the activities of daily living in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and established policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained.
Life Enrichment Assistant – (1) Full-time position (1:00pm- 9:00pm) and 1 Part-time position (9:00am-5:00pm) is currently available in our Life Enrichment Department. This position requires every other weekend and every other holiday. Experience with senior citizens/older adults a plus. Must have passion to work with seniors and engage them in a variety of activities, including daily mass, dining assistance, therapy animals, and a host of daily/weekly activities!
Maintenance/Security – Part-time, (15 hours/week) 3rd shift, every other weekend and holiday required. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees by anticipating potential problems and react to disturbances and prohibited conduct. Minimize opportunities for loss or damage and respond to emergency and maintenance situations as needed. HS diploma/GED required, prior facility maintenance and/or security experience preferred.
Skilled Maintenance Technician – Full-time experienced Skilled Maintenance Technician in Bethlehem, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. One weekend a month, every 4th holiday and on-call rotation required. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance throughout our facility and campus, including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and refrigeration. 3+ years facility experience required. LTC experience, Graduate or Certification from Trade/Technical school preferred.
