Registered Nurse (RN) – Full time 1st and 2nd shifts, part time 3rd shift. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-time 3rd shift and part-time 2nd and 3rd shift available. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience. Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.
Rehab Unit RN Supervisor – Full -time positions 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00-11:00pm available for fast paced sub-acute unit. Full-time, Mon – Fri. and every other holiday. RN with minimum of 5 years LTC/STR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. High-energy, compassionate individual who is responsible for assuring physicians’ orders are followed and quality care is provided. Strong organizational and leadership skills needed. This position requires 75% direct patient care and 25% supervisory and/or administrative/non-direct care duties.
Assistant Director of Nursing – As ADON, you will be responsible for assisting with management of overall quality clinical outcomes and education for the facility. The ADON works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing (DON), interdisciplinary teams and assists with supervisory and leadership tasks. Priority one will always be quality resident care and employee relations. Requires excellent organizational and communication skills, clinical knowledge, and leadership skills. Assures compliance with DOH, CMS and other regulatory and/or accrediting bodies, assists with staffing and retention of Nursing team, and meets with staff and management regularly to ensure clinical and education initiatives and goals are met. Minimum three years nursing experience, Health Administration BS or MS. Two or more years in ADON/supervisory/management position, with staff development and training program experience. Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to LTC facility required. Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Life Enrichment Assistant – (1) Full-time 9:00am-5:00pm position is available in our Life Enrichment department. Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday. Experience with older adults a plus. These positions are great for OTA/PTA or PNC program participants. Candidates must have passion to work with seniors and engage them in a variety of activities, including therapy animals and Science for Seniors.
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist – (1) Full-time 8:00am-4:00pm. Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday. Role of CTRS is to provide treatment services and recreational activities for individuals to improve and maintain the physical, cognitive, social, spiritual and emotional well-being through a variety of techniques. Must have CTRS certification and be qualified per State and Federal regulations. At least 1 year of experience as a CTRS and in a sub-acute setting, geriatric setting and/or persons with dementia preferred.
Office Administration/Leasing Agent – Part Time position (18 hours per week) in the Carbon/Schuylkill County area. Responsible for all administrative duties for 3 property offices in both counties, filing, accepting and processing applications and assisting with apartment rental process. Minimum 3 years administrative/office experience, proficiency with Microsoft programs, excellent customer service and a valid PA license and insurance is required.
Maintenance/Security – Part-time, (15 hours/week) 11:00pm-7:00am, every other weekend required. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees by anticipating potential problems and react to disturbances and prohibited conduct. Minimize opportunities for loss or damage and respond to emergency situations as needed. HS diploma/GED required, prior facility maintenance and/or security experience preferred.
