Open Positions

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-time 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) and Part- time all shifts in Short Term Rehab. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience.  Responsible for resident care, treatment, and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-time 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am) and Part-time all shifts.  Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of PA with at least one-year experience.  Responsible for resident care and ensuring residents receive care outlined in their care plan.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Full and Part-time 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm), Part-time 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am) and Full-time weekend bonus program. Valid Nurse Aide Registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required with at least one year of experience.  Responsibilities include compassionate care while building long term relationships and assisting patients and residents with vital elements of their health and wellbeing. 

RN Rehab Unit Supervisor – Full time 2nd shift (3:00pm-11pm).  Candidates must be a licensed RN in Pennsylvania and have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare, supervisory role. The ideal candidate for the RN Rehab Unit Supervisor position will have the ability to oversee care on the unit and develop staff accountability while embracing the values and mission of HFSL and professionally interact with staff, residents, physicians, family members, visitors and agencies.

RN House Supervisor – Full-time 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm). Candidates must be licensed RN and eligible to practice PA. Minimum one-year experience in supervisory role in a hospital or long-term care setting. This position requires the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action within scope of practice of their license and the ability to tactfully and professionally interact with staff, residents, physicians, family members, visitors, and agencies, ensuring high level of customer service and quality care.

Skilled Maintenance Technician – Full-time (7:00am to 3:00pm) position for an experienced Skilled Maintenance Technician in Bethlehem.  One weekend a month, every 4th holiday and on-call rotation required. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance throughout our facility and campus, including electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, and refrigeration. 3+ years facility experience required.  LTC experience, Graduate or Certification from Trade/Technical school preferred. 

Maintenance Technician – Part-time, (15 hours/week) 3rd shift, every other weekend and holiday required. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees by anticipating potential problems and react to disturbances and prohibited conduct. Minimize opportunities for loss or damage and respond to emergency and routine maintenance situations as needed. HS diploma/GED required; prior facility maintenance preferred.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Part-time all shifts, every other weekend/every other holiday within Grace Mansion PCH. High school diploma or GED required, PCA experience with older adults preferred. Ideal direct care experience for nursing students. The PCA provides routine assistance with the activities of daily living in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and established policies/procedures to assure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained.

Life Enrichment Assistant – (2) Full-time position (9:00am-5:00pm and 1:00pm- 9:00pm) and 2 part-time positions (7:30am-3:30pm and 9:00am-5:00pm) are currently available in our Life Enrichment Department.  These positions require every other weekend and every other holiday. Experience with senior citizens/older adults a plus.  Must have passion to work with seniors and engage them in a variety of activities, including daily mass, dining assistance, therapy animals, and a host of daily/weekly activities!   

ReceptionistPer Diem position to assist with call outs/vacation days to ensure seamless customer service. This front desk position is to direct telephone calls, assist visitors, residents, and staff; and perform other clerical duties in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with established policies and procedures. HS diploma or GED required.
