SERVICE COORDINATOR – Pottsville
The Resident Services Coordinator serves residents across (two or four) affordable senior housing communities. They help older adults age in place with dignity by connecting them to vital services, promoting wellness, and strengthening community life.

PCA/Med TECH (Per Diem)
Responsibilities include compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living while building caring and positive relationships with patients and residents.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Part-Time
We are searching for an individual who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and who enjoys greeting visitors and interacting with people! Duties include answering phones, light clerical work and greeting or assisting visitors

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
Full-time (7-3) and Part-time (7-3, 3-11 and 11-7)
PA licensed RN with 1+ years of experience. Responsibilities include record vital signs, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident/patient status; and electronic medical record documentation in accordance with care plan, policy, and procedures. Every other weekend and holiday required.  

RN NURSE MANAGER
Full-time, 7am-3pm. PA Licensed RN with 3+ years’ experience.
The RN Nurse Manager position will oversee care on the neighborhood and develop team members while embracing the values and mission of HFSL which is to provide the highest quality of physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care, with dignity and compassion, to meet the needs of the older adults we serve.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING
PA Licensed RN with 3+ yrs experience. The ADON will be responsible for assisting with management of overall quality clinical outcomes and education for the facility. This is achieved by working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing (DON), the interdisciplinary teams and assisting with supervisory and leadership tasks. Priority one will always be quality resident care and employee relations.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Full-time (3-11) and Part-time (7-3, 3-11 and 11-7)
PA licensed LPN. Responsible for administering medication, treatments, and quality care to residents/patients as outlined in care plan. Documents electronic medical records as per policies and procedures. Every other weekend and holiday required.     

CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (CNA)
Full-time (7-3) and Part-time (7-3, 3-11, and 11-7)
PA Nurse Aide Registration required. Responsibilities include compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living while building caring and positive relationships with patients and residents. Every other weekend/holiday.  

LIFE ENRICHMENT ASSISTANT (LEA)
Full-Time and Part-Time 10am – 6pm
Assist with resident activities to encourage socialization, relaxation, fulfillment, and entertainment to improve quality of life. Activities include daily mass, dining assistance and planned daily, weekly, and seasonal activities! Experience preferred, but not required if you have a positive attitude!
