Joseph Shadid Chief Executive Officer, Holy Family Senior Living
Mr. Shadid, a Registered Nurse, holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing. He also has earned a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Holy Family Senior Living in 2019, Mr. Shadid managed Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehab Facility to a five-star rating, significantly improving the facility and its care. He has a proven track record of focusing on quality nursing care, resident quality of life, and staff training to attain and maintain superior performance. Shadid also serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Graduate Nursing and Business Program at Cedar Crest College and Desales University.
